- Financial Affordability: Only play with money you can afford to lose without it affecting your daily life.
- Voluntary Participation: Never game under pressure or out of obligation.
Strict Restrictions
No one under the age of 18 is permitted to create an account on 3bmw. If anyone is found operating an account on behalf of a minor, that account will be immediately closed and all balances may be forfeited.
3. Signs of Healthy Gaming Habits
3bmw believes it is important to recognise healthy gaming habits. The following traits are signs of healthy gaming:
- See gaming as a form of entertainment, not a way to earn money.
- Playing within your budget and accepting losses.
- Avoid chasing losses by wagering more after a loss.
- Keeping gaming from affecting time spent with family, friends, or work.
- Being able to stop gaming at any time.
- Never lie about or hide your gaming activity.

Gaming should be fun. If it feels like it is only adding stress or affecting your mood, that is the right time to take a break.

Certain behaviours can signal that gaming is becoming a problem. Ask yourself:

5. 3bmw Protection Tools
3bmw provides members with a range of protection tools to help you manage your own gaming experience:

6. Self-Exclusion Process
Self-Exclusion is the most powerful protection tool available. If you feel things are getting out of control, take this step:

Select Duration
6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanent exclusion — choose what works best for you.
Account Closed Immediately
Your account access will be suspended immediately upon request, and all promotional communications will stop.
Reactivation
Your account cannot be reopened before the set period ends. Permanent self-exclusion may require a 7-day waiting period and a counselling certificate before it can be reviewed.
Important
Any attempt to create a new account during Self-Exclusion will be detected and closed. Our system is equipped to identify such attempts.
7. Minor Protection
3bmw places the highest priority on protecting minors. Our guidance for parents:
- Install parental control software on your device.
- Keep your 3bmw account password completely separate from your children.
- Have an open conversation with your child about online gaming.
- Always log out when sharing your device with others.
- If a minor has accessed your account, please notify us immediately.
3bmw verifies every member's age through a strict KYC process. Any account that raises suspicion is subject to additional verification.
8. Financial Awareness
3bmw wants to make sure you never spend more than you can afford on gaming. Here are some tips for staying financially aware:
- Set a Budget: Decide in advance how much you will spend on gaming each month and stick to it.
- Keep emergency funds separate: Never use money set aside for rent, bills, food, or family needs for gaming.
- Don't Borrow: Never take out a loan, use a credit card, or borrow from family to fund your gaming.
- Track your wins and losses: Track your wins and losses regularly. It is not realistic to expect long-term profit from gaming.
